Completely remodeled home nestled on a beautiful treed lot in Canyon Creek. We absolutely love this neighbor. Walnut Creek was our second property to flip in the Canyon Creek area. Our first being one street over at 6 Willow Creek. We purchased Walnut creek from the sweetest couple who walk though our open house on Willow. They were looking to retire and relocate and wanted us to purchase their place and renovate. Seeing there faces when they came back once the updates were complete, was nothing short of rewarding!
While we didn’t change the existing layout “too much”, we did open it up more and added some charm and character. It already possessed incredible curb appeal with the amazing tree lined yard, so we had a great canvas to work from.
It turned out simply stunning! Everything feels new yet the home has character galore! The neighborhood is amazing, and the beautiful treed lot gives this home a cozy quaint feel!
