Our La Sobrina property had been neglected and was certainly cosmetically challenged, however, the potential was there. Not to mention, it’s located in the desirable Prestonwood neighborhood and Richardson ISD. ​

During our reno we focused on bringing this little beauty back to life by opening up the overall footprint and creating a modern farmhouse feel. We updated the entry by adding shiplap from floor to ceiling and customizing the staircase.
